The TIO accepts complaints from advocates on behalf of consumers.

Make a complaint on behalf of another person

You can lodge a complaint online via our website, by completing and faxing a complaint form, by email or in person. In the interests of fairness we ask that you give the provider in question an opportunity to resolve the complaint before contacting us.

The TIO produces a quarterly newsletter, an annual report and a range of publications containing valuable information about the TIO's powers and jurisdiction. We also publish media releases and public notices about current issues that affect consumers. You can view these online or join our mailing list to receive copies by email or post.
